The Coral Physiology team consists of 5 researchers, 2 PhD students, 2 technicians and 1 engineer led by Dr. Sylvie Tambutté.
The Postdoctoral researcher will have access to a range of equipment, including facilities for coral cultures and aquaria with running seawater for manipulative experiments including ocean acidification and temperature changes, in vivo cell imaging (Macrofluo, confocal, video), pH and carbonate microelectrodes, biochemistry (gel electrophoresis, Western blots), molecular biology (PCR, qPCR, transcriptomics).
The Postdoctoral researcher may also collaborate with other institutions.
